260 hrs (You pay Kshs 43,500)

Mode of attendance: full time or part-time

Module objectives
By the end of this module, the trainee should be able to:

  1. Understanding baking and confectionery principles and operations
  2. Operate and maintain bakery equipment
  3. Produce different baked and confectionery items to required catering standards
  4. Apply hygiene in production and storage of baked and confectionery items
  5. Appreciate baking and confectionery as a means of earning a living
